The coaching process and strategies I use in helping you gain clarity around your direction, offer, audience, messaging, marketing, and self management are typically the same when in the starting and growth phase of your business. If you are making between €0-10k a month in your business, all of the modules covered will be suitable for you to learn and implement. A large part of the course is personalised feedback via troubleshooting on the group calls and also in your 1-1 private sessions with myself, meaning you will get exactly what you need for your business at exactly the right time. If you’re further along your business journey at +10k revenue monthly, let me know and I’ll suggest other ways we can work together.

Many aspects of this offering guarantees you will get the best value for your investment including the way the course is delivered, the hybrid of group : 1-1 support and the exceptional value in terms of what you will gain, learn and achieve in your business throughout. I will be sharing all of the ideas, skills and expertise I have used in building my own life & businesses over the last 7 years. These have all been trialed and tested by me and my 1-1 business coaching clients who have achieved exceptional results over the last 12 months. You can choose from an abundant list of strategies and options I will coach you through throughout the course. Equally, you have permission to leave anything you feel doesn’t align with you or your business. The beauty of coaching and mentoring is that there are no right or wrong answers. As an experienced coach, I’ll be able to meet you exactly where you are and make sure you feel you are succeeding, regardless of the challenges.

The group coaching sessions will be delivered through zoom and will be recorded for you to catch-up afterwards. Each session will last 2 hours and will be delivered fortnightly. Should you have any pressing questions or issues between the calls, you can ask these via our forum where I will be answering questions weekly. You can also get support via your 1-1 coaching calls which can be booked as you need them. In-person meetups and education days are a bonus and are optional. However, you will gain extra value, support and connection with the group if you do prioritise them.

No problem! I understand that people have other commitments and that you have a life outside of this course. If you miss some of the live calls, this is not an issue. All of the group sessions and content will be uploaded and you will be able to seek support at any time as outlined above. However, attending the live calls ensures you are committing to work on your business, which is a must if you want to succeed. Should you miss the live sessions, I would recommend you have a time elsewhere in the week where you will dedicate time to catching up with the recording and following up with questions should you have any.

One of the biggest reasons business owners feel imposter syndrome is because they don’t have enough business experience just yet. The only way to become more confident is to put yourself in a place where you CAN learn about business in a safe, non-judgemental and relaxed environment. This is exactly why I have created Business Brilliance. I want to help you move away from feeling like an imposter and into someone who is knowledgeable and experience. Every person in the group will have their own struggles and weak points as a business owner, regardless of how long they’ve been in business…this is why they have joined the course! There is no question too small or “silly” and there will be zero judgement from anybody else. And if you do feel out of your depth a little, it’s a sign you’re in the right pond.

Everyone will be informed of our group coaching policy of total confidentially. This is a private and safe space for everyone involved. Your business involves details of you, your life, financial goals and your creative ideas and naturally, these are all to be respected. I only work with respectful, kind, wholesome women so you can rest assured that you will be in a good space to share and grow.

Something being “not the right time” is often a common concern for anyone who is about to go through change because change is always scary! Whether you’re in a very busy period of your life or have all the time in the world, that feeling will not change until you move through it by taking necessary action.

Also, if you have a business and want it to be successful, it needs continued time and commitment regardless of what else is happening around you. Working on your business sporadically or only when it’s convenient, is unfortunately not conducive to a successful or sustainable business longterm.
