Our coaching journey together will be completely focused on you, your situation and the vision you have for your business and life. The sessions, strategies and approaches we may take will be inspired by you and what you feel you need in your business. The same can be said in relation to the different modalities & frameworks I use from person to person. This means you will always get meaningful value and insights at every stage of the coaching.

This depends on a number of different factors including how long you’d like to commit to coaching for e.g. 3 months or 6 months. This is something we can discuss on our initial call once we have identified the challenges and plan of action.

Because this is a bespoke service, we can schedule our sessions in line with your own family and work demands. Coaching sessions are usually fortnightly and usually last 75-90 minutes with touch points in between for accountability & support. I recommend all of my clients make time to work ON their business and themselves as this is what's needed to make meaningful and impactful change. If you’re already overwhelmed and time poor, ill be able to guide you through this process.

Coaching for most of my clients usually happens online due to time demands and location. I love getting the opportunity to meet with clients in person where possible if they are nearby or I’m in their neck of the woods! Most of our full day events and community meetups happen in person to allow for connection and proper time out.

100% of our interactions & coaching sessions are confidential. This means you can show up with your personal or business challenges without fear of anyone else knowing your business. If clients are happy to share their wins and business on socials, I do so only with their permission.
